I started having migrane associated vertigo spells a while ago.
I woke one day and felt dizzy, heavy headed, disequilebrium, nausea and I felt as if I was walking on a boat dock.
I went straight to the doctor. Needless to say, I was misdiagnosed by several doctors, treated with wrong meds, and had every test possible over the next several months.
I didn't have much success with it, a little but not as much as I had hoped. That is when I heard about Dr. Hain. Not only did my PT suggest him, but many on this forum did too. I did a phone consultation with him after sending him all my records. He started me on Verapamil; I finally had a diagnosis with a plan. I met with him in Jan. of 2009 for a follow-up. It took me 7 months to get on a preventative and find the "right" doctor and almost 3 1/2 months on the med to get to 100%. It was a gradual process.
